Batch-level testing for moisture, aflatoxins, ochratoxin A and pesticide MRLs before vacuum or nitrogen packing.

Chain-of-custody documentation accompanies each lot to the destination port, ready for buyer due diligence.

We structure our traceability data so your Due Diligence Statement is easy to complete. Buyers receive:

De-duplicated supplier register with digital farmer IDs (national IDs where available)

Farmer profiles combining geodata and social data

GPS plot capture at 6-decimal precision (e.g. -3.123456, 39.987654) with polygon mapping for plots above 4 hectares

Offline-capable field apps and dedicated GPS units

Geodata exported in buyer-compatible formats such as GeoJSON

Proof of no deforestation after 1 January 2021 via satellite/remote-sensing validation

Legality documentation (land use, permits, national law compliance)

Bag- and batch-level chain of custody linking each export lot back to its farm plots

Segregation of non-EUDR-compliant volumes

Risk assessment on deforestation and human rights, including child-labour monitoring

Completion of buyer codes of conduct and EUDR compliance documents
