XP Impact
XP Impact is a market-driven platform connecting African farmers and producer organizations with international buyers, creating reliable pathways from farm to global market.
Through established farmer associations and AMCOS networks, we support farmer aggregation, capacity building, quality improvement, traceability, post-harvest management, value addition, and compliance with international market requirements, including relevant Standards and Certifications.
Our focus is on high-value agricultural products from Tanzania and across Africa:

Our Approach
Farmers → Farmer Associations & AMCOS → Quality & Capacity Building → Aggregation & Traceability → Value Addition → International Standards → Premium Global Markets
Our Story
XP Impact was founded on a simple belief: equipping farmers, eliminating intermediaries, providing post-harvest solutions, and connecting farmers to the market. This transformative approach has had a profound impact on entire communities. Since 2017, Founder and CEO Paul Orlenius has dedicated his efforts to training and mobilizing small-scale farmers in East Africa. By engaging with under-resourced communities, he has witnessed a significant improvement in crop yields, often tripling or more. This has provided families with reliable access to nutritious food, enabled the payment of children's school fees, and facilitated the construction of new homes as farmers collaborated to enhance their local economies.
To scale this grassroots success, Paul Orlenius partnered with Justin Ngowi, who possesses 15 years of extensive expertise in finance, accounting, and agribusiness. Together with renowned partner organizations boasting over 20 years of experience, an active network of 20,000 farmers, and a proven track record of training up to 50,000 farmers in a single three-year program, they assembled a team to oversee the entire agricultural value chain. Today, XP Impact operates as the trademark that unites XPI AB in Sweden and Spring Group Ltd—an impact-driven Tanzanian enterprise established in Arusha in 2014 to empower youth and women. By bridging the gap between East African farmers and the global market, XP Impact ensures profound social transformation while meeting the premium quality expectations of our buyers.
