Gen Z in Agribusiness programme

A one-year, low-cost model to mobilize and train 2,500 Tanzanian Gen Z participants (aged 18–26) in agribusiness and entrepreneurship. The programme shifts mindsets from subsistence farming to commercial farming by leveraging digital tools, local cooperatives and rural institutions through federated producer and savings groups.
