Air-dried mango from selected low-fibre varieties in Tanzania's Northern Zone, sourced through TAHA and AMAGRO networks. Processed by vetted partners to the EU buyer-quality model: controlled moisture, bright colour, nitrogen-flushed bulk bags and reefer transport at 5 °C.
